• As part of your mandatory internship, you will gain comprehensive insight into our HR work over 2 to 6 months
• After a brief onboarding, you will support your colleagues in a broad range of HR topics, e.g., in applicant management
• As an important team member, you will quickly take on your own tasks and projects
• As an alternative to the mandatory internship, we offer you the opportunity to gain initial insights through a 1- to 6-month voluntary internship

• Enrolled student (university or college) preferably with a business administration focus (BWL) and specialization in HR/Human Resources
• Committed, independent working style and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail
• Enthusiasm and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Strong communication skills and team player qualities
• Good knowledge of MS Office, ideally also Google Workspace
