What Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG offers

• We care that you settle in well at #teamlidl! During your onboarding you will learn the Lidl system and your work area – accompanied by a personal mentor who supports you with advice and action.
• At #teamlidl you get a 5% discount on your entire purchase in one of our over 3,250 Lidl stores in Germany from 1 April.**
• Are you committed and ambitious? With us you have the chance to develop where you can best unfold your strengths. Because we prefer to fill open positions with our own colleagues.
• Shape your work-life balance the way that suits you best. For this we offer part-time models, 6 weeks of vacation and the possibility of a sabbatical. Sustainability is also important to us: we promote sustainable commuting and subsidize your Germany ticket.
• With our employee app you are always up to date on news from the Lidl world or our employee offers. You can also access various HR tools, e.g. to plan your vacation, retrieve your payslip or stay in touch with your colleagues via chat.
• We offer you diverse corporate health programs from the areas of exercise, healthy nutrition, stress management, addiction prevention and ergonomics as well as exclusive special conditions at selected fitness providers nationwide.
• We celebrate successes together – whether at the annual Christmas party or various analogue and digital team events. By the way: at Christmas there is a Lidl Christmas package with great surprises every year. We also regularly organize competitions and discount campaigns.
