Sales Assistant with Deputy Role, 23 hrs/week Part-time

Part-time job as a sales assistant with deputy duties in the Lidl store in Barth. You fulfil customer wishes, keep an overview and support the store manager.

• Together with your team colleagues you ensure a well-kept store and a great shopping experience for our customers
• Whether stocking and attractively presenting goods, baking or checking out customers with our modern till systems: you pitch in and give your all
• In the Scan&Go zone you ensure the system works, get customers excited about it and offer help for a positive shopping experience
• You support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution and implementing our store concepts
• You also take on warehouse, cleaning and inventory work

• Work experience in retail or a comparable industry, ideally with first leadership experience, e.g. as shift leader
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and enjoyment in inspiring and motivating others
• Fast and efficient way of working and adaptability to changing tasks
• Reliability and willingness to work in flexible shift models in agreement with the manager
