Sales Assistant with Deputy Role Part-Time

Lidl is looking for part-time sales assistants with a deputy role for the store at Herforder Str. 13 in Bünde. Together with the team, you create a great shopping experience and support the store manager by leading shifts and coordinating tasks.

• Together with your teammates, you ensure a well-kept store and a great shopping experience for our customers
• Whether stocking and attractively presenting goods, baking or checking out customers with our modern checkout systems: you pitch in and give your all
• In the Scan&Go zone, you ensure the system works, get customers excited about it and offer help to make shopping a positive experience
• You support the store manager by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution and implementing our store concepts
• You also handle warehouse, cleaning and inventory work

• Work experience in retail or a comparable industry, ideally with first leadership experience, e.g. in shift management
• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and enjoyment in inspiring and motivating others
• Fast and efficient way of working and ability to adapt to changing tasks
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible shift models in agreement with your manager
