3D Web Visualization Developer

To support our digitalization team in Ulm, we are hiring a motivated software developer with great interest in 3D visualization. In our team, we are working on web applications that bring complex products and data to life through interactive 3D experiences – from asset modelling to real-time visualization of live data. We are working in interdisciplinary product teams together with our data science, IoT edge and native mobile app colleagues in modern agile frameworks. To help solve the technical challenges our products pose, we are looking for you with the expertise of corresponding state-of-the-art techniques.

• Develop and maintain web applications featuring interactive 3D visualizations
• Turn product requirements into clear, engaging visual experiences
• Implement 3D scenes, interactions and visualization features
• Create 3D assets suitable for web-based rendering
• Ensure performance and broad compatibility with target devices
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams – Being an enthusiastic agile team member

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Media Informatics, Computer Graphics or a related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in software development
• Solid understanding of 3D computer graphics concepts
• Experience in 3D modelling with common modelling software like Blender or Autodesk 3ds max
• Familiarity with Three.js, Typescript and Vue.js is a strong advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine enthusiasm for tackling interesting challenges
• Good spoken and written communication skills in German & excellent in English
• High degree of motivation & ability to collaborate in agile teams
