Customer Communications and Marketing Apprenticeship

At Liftstar in Cologne, you will learn customer communications and marketing processes from the first customer contact through to invoicing. You will combine vocational school with practical work, get to know different departments and gradually take on more responsibility in projects and daily operations.

• Entering working life: From the first customer contact through to invoicing, you gain insight into how a professional company works. You learn how theory and practice fit together and how an initial enquiry becomes a satisfied customer.
• First point of contact: People interested in a stairlift will eventually speak to you. You develop your skills step by step through direct customer contact. We show you how to listen, ask the right questions and get people interested in our product.
• Meaningful work: The person on the other end of the line often finds their own stairs have become an obstacle. You are among the first people who can show them there is a solution. That is what makes this job special.
• During your apprenticeship, you gradually take on more responsibility and help with interesting projects. You actively support daily operations, get to know different departments and apply what you learn at vocational school directly at Liftstar.

• Bring your energy! Grades matter, but your motivation matters most. If you enjoy learning new things and sticking with them, you can go far with us. We will teach you the rest.
• Communication comes naturally to you! On the phone, by email or on social media, you find it easy to talk to people and express yourself confidently in German. You may even be able to teach us something about digital media.
• Keep trying! Not every conversation goes as you hoped. You stay friendly, try a different approach next time and improve with every call.
