Business Partner After Sales Controlling

As a Business Partner in After Sales Controlling at Liftstar in Cologne, you are a strategic sparring partner for AfterSales management and support financial and operational steering.

• Business partnering: You are a strategic sparring partner for AfterSales management and team leaders and support them in financial and operational steering.
• Planning & forecast: You are responsible for planning and forecasts for the AfterSales sub-areas, creating a reliable basis for business decisions.
• Profitability & performance: You analyze the profitability of our services, identify relevant trends and derive concrete recommendations to improve performance.
• Product portfolio & pricing: You further develop material cost analyses for our broad product portfolio, factor in exchange rate effects and analyze price structures of spare parts and maintenance contracts.
• Cost optimization: You identify cost optimization potential, develop measures with the departments and support their implementation.
• Management reporting: You regularly take part in AfterSales leadership meetings, prepare key figures and analyses for the audience and translate complex matters into clear recommendations.

• Analytics & process understanding: You have strong analytical skills, good process understanding and enjoy recognizing connections and deriving concrete measures.

• Controlling expertise: You bring 5 to 7 years of controlling experience, ideally in service or AfterSales controlling, with solid knowledge of planning, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Tools & systems: You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, strong BI knowledge, experience with modern reporting tools and ideally AI-based solutions. Knowledge of ERP systems such as Business Central or SAP and of financial accounting rounds off your profile.
• Qualification: You have a completed degree in business administration, controlling, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification and good project management skills.
