Field Service Technician (Person*) - Hamburg

As a field service technician, you install, repair and maintain stairlifts at customers' homes and help them stay mobile and independent. You work independently at fixed times without shift work. 6-month probation period, then a permanent contract.

• Installation, repair and maintenance: You install, repair and maintain our extensive products in your region so that our customers can use the stairs safely in old age.
• Variety in the job: Every job is different, there is no routine. You travel with your company car within 120 km of your home and work at our customers' homes.
• Technical problem solving: A solution comes first so the customer is satisfied. With your technical know-how and a solution-oriented approach, you make sure our customers stay mobile.
• Direct customer contact: Not only is every house different, but every customer too. You meet many interesting people and ensure a professional customer experience.

• Enjoy helping others: You enjoy working with people and convince with clear and professional communication.
• Solution-oriented and reliable: With a reliable, independent and efficient way of working, you are the customers' favorite.
• Professional competence: You have a completed technical vocational training, e.g. as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician or in a comparable field.
• Service experience: Ideally you have worked in service technology before and impress with your feel for customers and your first-class support.
