Expert Service Quality NKA

As Expert Service Quality NKA at Linde Material Handling Deutschland, you make sure service for key accounts in Germany is delivered reliably, to high quality and in line with contracts. You analyse results and derive continuous improvements.

• Monitoring and controlling the quality of services delivered under existing key account framework contracts and concluded subcontracts
• Checking contract-compliant performance and billing of service, maintenance and repair work.
• Carrying out regular quality reviews with internal stakeholders, authorised dealers and service partners.
• Identifying deviations and sources of error and initiating suitable corrective and improvement measures.
• Developing, introducing and monitoring quality standards and best practices
• Close cooperation with NKA sales, service organisations, contract and non-contract dealers, service managers and other relevant departments.
• Handling and following up quality-related escalations.
• Support with regular quality reports, management reports and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.

• You bring proven experience in quality or service management or in the after-sales environment and know service processes, workshop procedures and service and maintenance contracts.
• You have a strong technical understanding, ideally gained through a technical degree or a comparable qualification.
• You are experienced in KPI-based performance and quality assessments and stand out through an analytical, structured way of working and skills in problem solving and process optimisation.
• You are distinguished by communication and assertiveness, a strong customer and quality orientation, and independent work and initiative.
• You are fluent in German and English, spoken and written, and willing to travel for dealer visits and customer appointments.
