Praktikum HR/Payroll

Willkommen bei Lufthansa Group! Diese Ausbildung als Praktikum HR/Payroll findet in Frankfurt, Hessen statt. Der Ausbildungsbeginn ist am 01.02.2026. Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 6 Monate. Starte deine Karriere im Finanzsektor und entwickle wertvolle Fähigkeiten für deine berufliche Zukunft.

• Participation in the implementation and coordination of global compliance processes
• Support with processes, improvements to our documentation and guidelines
• Participation in company audits
• Insights into compliance audits, for example in the area of international employee assignments and our internal control system
• Support in practical work with laws and regulations, for example (international) income tax law and/or (cross-border) social security law
• We offer you the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge you have acquired during your studies during your internship. You will gain experience in the various areas of our HR payroll.

• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship required (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
