• You run an LVM agency as a self-employed entrepreneur on your own responsibility
• You build up and expand your customer base
• You are the contact person, person of trust and companion for our customers, advising and supporting them in a needs-based and holistic way
• You sell LVM's high-performance products
• You lead your employees

• You are a qualified insurance clerk or insurance specialist and have worked successfully in insurance field sales for several years.
• You think like an entrepreneur and act with a sales focus.
• You have experience with modern means of communication.
• You value trusting cooperation, fair needs-based advice and strong customer orientation.
