The apprenticeship lasts three years and takes place at one of the insurance agencies. From the first day, you will work with customers, join the agency team and become an important part of it.

• Advise and support customers according to their needs and situation
• Analyse each customer's individual needs
• Prepare offers and conclude contracts
• Process contract changes and carry out measures to maintain the customer portfolio and contracts
• Review claims and benefit cases and explain the scope of benefits
• Work in a team-, process- and project-oriented way

• You have an intermediate school-leaving certificate, an advanced technical college entrance qualification, an Abitur, or you are studying and want to leave your degree programme
• You are communicative and enjoy working with people
• You are friendly, committed and reliable
• You are interested in numbers and finance
