• Personnel development: we design and implement development and further training offers for employees and managers.
• Personnel selection/recruiting/junior talent acquisition and promotion: the entire selection process from needs planning, personnel marketing, employer branding through recruiting and aptitude diagnostics to onboarding and controlling is managed and carried out by us.
• Social counselling/occupational health management: we advise and support colleagues from internal and field service with various support needs. In addition, we develop diverse offers to promote the health of our employees.

• You are in an advanced degree program from the 3rd semester in fields such as Business Administration with HR focus, Psychology, Business Psychology, Social Work or a comparable course of study.
• You can commit to a period of at least two months for the internship.
• A confident handling of common Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required for this position.
• You bring a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Your strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork are decisive qualities we value.
