Your area of responsibility: - You manage an LVM agency as a self-employed entrepreneur in your own responsibility. - You build up and expand your customer base. - You are the contact person, trusted advisor and companion for our customers, advising and supporting them according to their needs and holistically. - You broker the high-performance products of LVM. - You lead your employees.

Your requirements: - You are a qualified insurance clerk (female/male) or insurance specialist (female/male) and have been successfully active in the insurance field service for several years. - You think entrepreneurially and act sales-oriented. - You have experience with modern communication tools. - You value a trusting relationship, fair needs-based advice and strong customer orientation. - Ideally you have good Russian language skills.
