About this Apprenticeship
LVM, a mutual insurance association, is looking for a contract clerk for motor insurance. You manage motor vehicle contracts for private, commercial and agricultural customers.
What You'll Learn
- Managing and processing motor vehicle contracts for private, commercial and agricultural customers in a region
- Assessing risk and deciding whether insurance applications can be accepted
- Providing expert support to local LVM agencies, taking earnings and competition into account
- Carrying out restructurings and processing cancellations
- In time, getting familiar with commercial motor insurance topics
- Occasionally contributing to internal department projects
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or commercial training with a strong willingness to further build insurance knowledge
- First experience in processing motor insurance contracts
- Strong service and solution orientation, supported by economic thinking and action
- Very good communication and decision-making skills as well as a high level of commitment
