A successful LVM insurance agency in Nienburg is looking for motivated field sales employees. The role is also suitable for career changers and offers prospects as a sales representative or customer advisor.

• Act as a contact person, trusted adviser and guide for customers, providing needs-based and comprehensive advice
• Sell LVM's high-performance products
• Schedule appointments independently and conduct sales-oriented appointments in the office and field
• Represent LVM locally as a provider of advice and service expertise
• Support the agency with on-site claims settlement

• Training as an insurance clerk or insurance specialist, or another completed vocational qualification
• Strong commitment to trusting cooperation, fair needs-based advice and excellent customer focus
• Interest in a future-oriented profession with varied responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
