What You'll Learn

Varied tasks: Everyday support and promotion of adults with intellectual disabilities. No two days are the same – experience an activity that challenges and inspires you.
Responsibility and relationship: You accompany people long-term and build trusting relationships with a view to their life goals and development. You take on basic nursing care and the corresponding documentation. In addition, you are involved in shaping the daily planning of our clients within the framework of support planning and social participation.
Experience-oriented and holistic work: Bring in your personality and benefit from a large, versatile range of tasks.
Creative, self-determined work: You shape your work independently and have room for innovative ideas.

Requirements

State recognition as a curative education nurse, geriatric nurse, health and nurse, or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
Ideally you already have experience in accompanying people with disabilities.
You enjoy working hand in hand in a multiprofessional team.
Working with people and actively shaping sustainable relationships brings you joy.
You are characterized by creativity, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and an independent way of working in daily work.
You bring experience in documenting support services.
You are flexible and willing to work in alternating shifts and on weekends.
