What You'll Learn

Varied tasks: everyday support, basic nursing care and encouragement of adults with intellectual disabilities in all areas of life
Responsibility and relationships: you accompany people long-term and build trusting relationships focused on their life goals and development, within support planning and social participation, involving relatives, legal guardians and service providers
Experience-oriented, holistic work: carry out creative leisure activities and bring in your personality

Requirements

State recognition as a special needs educator (Heilerziehungspfleger/in) (m/f/d)
Driver's license class B
Ideally, you already have experience supporting people with disabilities.
You enjoy working hand in hand in a multi-professional team.
You enjoy working with people and actively building lasting relationships.
You are creative, responsible, flexible and work independently in your daily work.
You have experience documenting support services.
You are flexible and willing to work rotating shifts and on weekends.
