What LVR (Landschaftsverband Rheinland) offers

• You are employed by us as a trainee (m/f/d) in a full position. We release you for school attendance, external internships and exam preparation (5 days).
• Pay follows the currently valid collective agreement for trainees in the public sector (TVAöD).
• After you successfully complete your training, we look forward to taking you on and continuing to work with you.
• From the moment we receive your application you have a dedicated contact person who supports you with all questions. You are also professionally guided and supported throughout your training, both professionally and personally.
• Experience culture: Free entry to our LVR museums.
• Collective agreement benefits: In addition to a salary under the TVöD, you receive further financial benefits and extras such as an annual special payment, company pension scheme, capital-forming benefits and performance-based pay based on an individual target agreement.
