What LVR (Landschaftsverband Rheinland) offers

• University partnership: Option to earn a bachelor's degree in nursing in cooperation with Hochschule Niederrhein (available for training starting on 1 September).
• Class group: Learn and develop together in a close class of around 25 to 28 trainees over three years.
• Practical teaching: Teaching blocks lasting 4 to 6 weeks, delivered by full-time teachers and experienced part-time experts.
• International experience: A study trip abroad and participation in conferences and supervision sessions.
• Support for taking responsibility: Develop the ability to work independently and take personal responsibility.
• Above-average training pay: €1,416 in the first third of training, €1,477 in the second and €1,578 in the third (valid from April 2025). The source includes the word 'year' after the first amount without clearly stating the pay period.
