As an educational specialist at the LVR-Verbund für WohnenPlusLeben, you take on a central role in accompanying and supporting people with disabilities. You actively help shape clients' daily lives and take on responsibility. Work in assisted living offers the chance for flexible and independent work within integration assistance. A binding willingness to learn and regularly use German Sign Language (DGS) is required; suitable learning and training opportunities are provided. Part-time, permanent.

• Responsibility and relationship: accompany people with hearing impairments, usually one-to-one by individual agreement, and build trusting relationships with a view to their life goals and development within participation planning and social participation, involving relatives, legal guardians and service providers
• Varied tasks: everyday support, basic nursing care and encouragement of adults with intellectual disabilities in all areas of life
• Experience-oriented and holistic work: bring your personality and carry out creative leisure activities
• Creative, self-determined work: shape your work independently and have room for innovative ideas

• State recognition as a social pedagogue, social worker, special needs educator or childcare educator (m/f/d)
• Binding willingness to learn and regularly use German Sign Language (DGS)
• You have experience working with people with hearing impairments.
• Ideally, you already have experience supporting people with disabilities.
• You enjoy working hand in hand in a multiprofessional team.
• You enjoy working with people and actively building lasting relationships.
• You are characterized by creativity, a sense of responsibility, flexibility and an independent way of working in daily work.
• You have experience documenting support services.
