As a special needs caregiver (m/f/d) at the LVR Association for LivingPlusLife, you take on a central role in accompanying and supporting people with disabilities. Your work is both demanding and enriching – you actively shape the daily lives of our clients and take responsibility.

• Varied tasks: Everyday support, basic nursing care, and support for adults with intellectual disabilities in all areas of life. No two days are the same – experience an activity that challenges and inspires you.

• State recognition as a special needs caregiver (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
• Enjoyment of working with people and shaping relationships
• Creativity, sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently
• Experience in documenting support services
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on weekends
• Willingness to actively learn and use German Sign Language
• Ideally experience working with people with intellectual disabilities
• Enjoyment of working in a multiprofessional team
• Flexibility and independence
