Manufacturing Engineer

Industrialization of new products, optimization of production processes and lines, and ensuring compliance with quality standards in MAHLE's manufacturing environment.

• Industrialization of new products within the PDP process and management of changes to existing products and processes.
• Defining and optimizing technological processes, bills of materials (BOM), PFMEA, control plans and production parameters.
• Validation of new products, components and materials before series production.
• Development and improvement of production lines, equipment and tools.
• Monitoring and optimization of production processes, analysis of OEE and KPIs.
• Solving technical problems in production using structured methods (A3, 8D).
• Implementation of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, digitalization and automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Cooperation with production, quality, maintenance, R&D and other relevant departments.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and HSE standards.

• University degree in mechanical, mechatronics or electrical engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment in technology/process engineering roles.
• Good understanding of product industrialization and optimization of production processes.
• Experience working with an ERP system (SAP) and very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of CAD tools.
• Experience applying Lean methodology, PFMEA, control plans and problem-solving tools.
• Experience tracking KPIs (OEE, scrap, production costs).
• Developed analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of English (minimum B1 level).
• Ability to work in a team, manage change and resolve conflicts constructively.
