Machining Employee WT 2

MAHLE is looking for a machining employee. Tasks include preparing CNC machining operations, setting up tools and ensuring machining quality.

• Enter machining data, simulate the production process and optimise the programme if needed
• Prepare and measure tools and assemble fixtures using a modular system
• Ensure machining quality and carry out rework if needed

• Completed vocational training as a machinist, CNC specialist or in a similar field
• Several years of experience operating CNC machines for industrial turning and milling preferred
• Knowledge of Heidenhain ITNC 530 CNC controls; knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik 840C or 840 D also preferred
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurement reports
• Ability to work independently, reliability, awareness of costs and quality, care and attention, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work shifts
