Front Office Shift Leader

We are looking for a Front Office Shift Leader to join our front office team immediately or by agreement.

• Look after and advise our international guests
• Handle check-in and check-out
• Answer and transfer telephone calls
• Prepare for VIP arrivals and maintain regular guest profiles
• Handle guest feedback in German and English
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Ensure smooth operations at the front desk and in the At Your Service area
• Coordinate and support employees and apprentices during the shift
• Ensure service, quality and company standards are met
• Take on leadership responsibilities in daily operations

• Completed vocational training in hospitality
• Solid front desk experience; initial experience leading shifts is an advantage
• Passion for excellent guest service and working with people
• A positive manner and open, professional communication
• Very good German and good English skills
• Experience with OPERA and standard MS Office applications is desirable
• Responsible leadership and motivation of the team during the shift
