For our team in Seligenstadt, we are looking for a sales-driven personality who holistically advises private and commercial clients and is eager to actively develop our regional commercial client business. You will work at eye level in the advisory team and have the necessary creative freedom to implement your own ideas, build new client relationships, and develop the location together with us.

• You independently and holistically advise and support our existing private and commercial clients.
• You actively acquire new commercial clients in Seligenstadt and the surrounding region.
• You build a resilient regional network with companies, craft businesses, and other multipliers and maintain existing contacts.
• You analyze existing insurance concepts and develop needs-based coverage solutions.
• You conduct regular annual reviews and structured risk analyses.
• You identify cross-selling and portfolio development potentials and implement them systematically.
• You represent our location at regional events and in exchanges with entrepreneurs.
• For complex issues, you work closely with our internal specialist departments and experts.

You have completed vocational training in the insurance sector or a comparable qualification. You are knowledgeable in commercial composite insurance. You impress with strong communication skills, advisory competence, and enthusiasm for sales. You work independently, responsibly, and with high self-motivation. You enjoy building long-term client relationships and actively shaping our location. We would be particularly pleased if you also: - have a personal connection to Seligenstadt and the region, - already have a network of regional companies or craft businesses, - bring experience from the broker environment, bank sales, or tied agencies, - have successfully built or developed a client portfolio, - think entrepreneurially and like to be visible regionally.
