Customer Service Representative in Technical Insurance

Active customer support and advice for clients in both internal and field service as part of our technical insurance team. Conducting tenders and negotiations with suitable insurers for risk placement. Presenting results to clients. Creating insurance analyses and insurance offers. Processing applications, contracts and claims.

Completed training as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) for insurance and finance, preferably with further training as a certified insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification. Good English skills both written and spoken would be an advantage. Experience in customer service is desired as well as sound market knowledge. Expertise in technical insurance would be an advantage. Teamwork and communication skills. Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working. High level of customer and service orientation. Proficiency in common MS Office programs. Openness to digitization of work processes.
