Case Manager for the processing of benefit claims in travel health insurance at HanseMerkur Insurance Group.

Your Tasks: - Checking the benefit entitlement: You independently review the submitted benefit applications based on the contractual provisions. - Creating benefit statements: You create benefit statements for our customers taking into account the insurance conditions and tariff provisions. - Correspondence: You communicate in writing and by telephone with our customers, doctors and sales and enjoy customer service.

Your Profile: - You have completed training as a management assistant for insurance and finance or a comparable qualification. - Experience in the area of claims processing, medical knowledge or foreign language skills are an advantage. - You have good knowledge of PC and Office applications. - You work independently, carefully and like to take responsibility. - Your communication skills are excellent. - Team spirit and commitment characterize you.
