What You'll Learn
- Enforcement of transferable claims under § 116 SGB X
- Investigation of facts
- Assessment of the factual and legal situation
- Correspondence with liability insurers, legal counsel, member companies and insured persons
Requirements
- University degree in "Social Insurance with focus on Accident Insurance" or a comparable degree, preferably with a legal specialization
- Ideally, knowledge of civil and social law relevant to the handling of recourse matters
- Negotiation skills
- Creativity in finding solutions
- Willingness to undertake multi-day business trips
