Customer Account Manager Liability Industrial Insurance

Owner-managed insurance broker in the Nuremberg metropolitan region, specializing in property and casualty insurance and company pension schemes for medium-sized industry. We are looking for a customer account manager on a permanent contract as soon as possible.

• Professional support of our medium-sized industrial clients (revenue over €25 million) in liability lines (business and product liability, recall, environment and D&O)
• Responsibility for the specialist area covering both claims and operations, with a focus on office work (70%)
• Support of international insurance programs
• Participation in annual client meetings and claims meetings
• Contract analyses, checking client contracts for insurance-law particularities
• Renewal negotiations and running tenders
• Risk analyses and concept development for new clients

• Training as an insurance clerk (m/f/d) with relevant experience in business/product liability at an industrial broker or an insurer (operations or claims), or a completed degree as a business or full jurist (m/f/d)
• Assertiveness, persuasiveness and negotiation skills
• Teamwork, initiative, and customer-oriented thinking and action
• Confident expression (spoken and written)
