About this Apprenticeship
Fairsicherungsmakler M&P is seeking a full-time team member to support private insurance customers as soon as possible. The independent insurance broker in Frankfurt develops tailored insurance plans and is part of the MARTENS & PRAHL Group.
What You'll Learn
- Provide expert advice and support to private customers
- Handle customer enquiries by phone and in writing in a friendly, reliable and solution-focused way
- Prepare tailored quotations, insurance rate comparisons and insurance plans
- Organise and carry out customer campaigns to strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Support claims handling, guide customers through claims and ensure smooth settlement
- No cold calling; work with existing customers and grow through new enquiries and referrals
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in insurance and finance, insurance brokerage, or an equivalent qualification
- Previous work experience in insurance
- Sound knowledge of insurance products, policy terms and the basic processes of the insurance market
- Ability to handle customer requests independently, competently and with a focus on solutions
- Strong customer service skills and an empathetic manner
- Confident use of MS Office and insurers' quotation and comparison tools
