About this Apprenticeship
TEMAKO Versicherungsmakler GmbH is part of the Martens & Prahl Group in Hamburg and is the specialist in insuring renewable energy. It looks after biogas and biomethane plants, photovoltaic systems/parks, power plants, wind turbines and battery storage. The position is to be filled full-time (38 h) as soon as possible.
What You'll Learn
- Active customer care and advice for clients, in the office and in the field, as part of our TV team
- Carrying out tenders and negotiations with suitable insurers to place the risks
- Presenting the results to the customer
- Preparing insurance analyses and insurance offers
- Processing applications, contracts and claims
Requirements
- Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d), ideally with further training as an Insurance Specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt, m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Good written and spoken English would be an advantage
- Experience in customer care is as welcome as sound market knowledge
- Specialist knowledge of technical insurance would be an advantage
- Team spirit and communication skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- High level of customer and service orientation
- Command of common MS Office programs
- Openness to the digitalisation of work processes
