Apprenticeship Insurance and Financial Investment Clerk

• You complete your training in a block model, with practical phases at the R+V site in Hamburg and theory phases at the Berufliche Schule St. Pauli.
• In the practical phases, in the first year our pool training gives you varied insights into different departments of the insurer; from the second year you start in a fixed department, are individually supported and take on responsibility.
• You learn everything important about insurance, from advising and supporting our customers through assessing individual risks and creating suitable insurance solutions to processing insurance contracts, claims and benefit applications.
• During a placement in the field sales force you gain additional practical experience in direct customer contact and insight into the varied tasks of our sales department.
• Together with the other apprentices you take part in seminars and workshops where you develop your professional and personal skills.

• (Technical) Abitur or good Realschule diploma
• Team spirit and enjoyment of working with people
• Openness to digital tools and desire to learn new things
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good understanding of text and numbers as well as reliable spelling
