Apprenticeship in Insurance and Financial Investments

Start your apprenticeship at R+V, one of Germany's largest insurers and part of the cooperative financial group. The apprenticeship in Frankfurt lasts 2.5 years and combines practical training with classroom learning at the Klingerschule.

• You complete your apprenticeship in blocks, with practical training at R+V in Frankfurt and classroom learning at the Klingerschule in Frankfurt.
• During your first year of practical training, you explore different insurance departments through our shared training programme. From the second year, you join a specific department, receive individual support and take on responsibility.
• You learn the main aspects of insurance, from customer service to handling claims and requests for benefits.
• You learn how to assess individual risks and create insurance solutions that meet each customer's needs.
• A placement with the field sales team gives you further practical experience working directly with customers and insight into the varied tasks of our sales team.
• Together with the other apprentices, you attend seminars and workshops to develop your professional and personal skills.

• Abitur, a university of applied sciences entrance qualification or a good intermediate school leaving certificate
