For our Med 360° headquarters in Marie-Curie-Straße in Leverkusen, we are looking immediately for a specialist in occupational medicine (f/m/d) / company doctor (f/m/d) / occupational physician (f/m/d).
What You'll Learn
- Ensuring occupational medical care in accordance with DGUV Regulation 2 / Law on Company Doctors, Safety Engineers and Other Specialists for Occupational Safety (ASiG)
- Organization and implementation of occupational medical screening, and with existing authorization also radiation protection examinations
- Participation in further occupational safety topics in accordance with legal requirements, e.g. participation in the preparation of risk assessments, participation in workplace inspections and ASA meetings, advice on the planning of new practice sites and operating facilities, as well as on the procurement of work equipment and design of workplaces
- Advising employees and managers on all issues of health protection and prevention
- Maintenance and further development of intranet-based documentation, e.g. work and operating instructions, hazardous substance and biological agent registers as well as various online instructions
- Advice and participation in the development of future-proof concepts for the design of healthy workplaces and the further development of occupational health management
- Participation in company integration management
- Further development of internal cooperation with operational stakeholders in occupational safety and health
Requirements
- Specialist recognition / specialist training as a specialist in occupational medicine (f/m/d) or additional designation in occupational medicine
- Authorization to examine professionally radiation-exposed persons desirable
- Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety law
- Structured, independent and advisory working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Willingness to travel to various nationwide locations
