About this Apprenticeship
Radiologie 360° on Ringstrasse in Köln-Rodenkirchen is seeking full-time receptionists to start as soon as possible.
What You'll Learn
- Support reception staff with patient check-in and appointment scheduling
- Maintain digital patient records and check that they are complete
- Handle other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a medical assistant, hotel professional or in a comparable field
- Alternatively, current studies in medicine, dentistry, sports, health management or a related subject
- Reception experience is desirable but not essential
- Flexibility with working hours
- Enjoyment of working independently and focusing on patients' needs
- Interest in working cooperatively with the team
