About this Apprenticeship
For our Seniorenzentrum 360° on Rosentraße in Ratingen, we are looking for apprentices for the nursing professional career (f/m/d) starting 01.08.2027 or 01.10.2027.
What You'll Learn
- You look after people in need of care every day who rely on your help.
- You are the first point of contact for the residents
- Your daily work includes nursing measures, i.e. basic and treatment care, support and monitoring of medication intake and progress checks, preparation and support during visits by family doctors and specialists, carrying out medical measures, for example in wound management
- Structuring and planning the day together with the person in care, planning and organising group activities
- Support with, and later independent handling of, the entire documentation process
Requirements
- You have an intermediate school certificate or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Interest in helping others in a great team family
- You treat people of all ages openly and with empathy
- Reliability and willingness to get involved
- You are communicative and stay calm in challenging situations
