Medical Assistant as Reception Employee

For our Radiologie 360° at Sana HANSE-Klinikum Wismar, we are looking for a reception employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible, full-time, fixed-term for one year, 40 hours per week.

• Patient admission and appointment scheduling
• Data processing in the RIS and KIS systems
• Managing digital patient records and checking them for completeness
• Billing preparation
• Other administrative tasks as they arise

• a completed vocational training as a doctor's assistant, medical assistant, hotel specialist or a comparable training
• first work experience in reception is desirable
• flexibility with working hours
• joy in patient-oriented, independent work
• interest in collegial teamwork
