About this Apprenticeship
For our Radiologie 360° in Hilden, we are looking for reception support part-time for 15 hours/week as soon as possible.
What You'll Learn
- Patient admission and appointment scheduling
- Data processing in the RIS and KIS systems
- Maintaining digital patient files and checking for completeness
- Billing preparation
- Other administrative tasks as they arise
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a doctor's assistant, medical assistant, hotel specialist or comparable training
- First professional experience in reception desirable
- Flexibility in working hours
- Enjoyment of patient-oriented, independent work
- Interest in collegial teamwork
