• Advising our customers and handling customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, or purchase processing – passionate, customer-oriented, competent
• Administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, or purchase on account
• Point of contact for internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes related to repairs
• Active support at customer events
• Positive and proactive attitude towards customers and ensuring simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints
• Implementation of specified national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors

• Successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry)
• Knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Strong communication and implementation skills, as well as a solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with fun in shared success
• Willingness to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
