Your mission: Advise customers and handle inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, or purchase processing – passionately, customer-oriented, competent. Administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, or purchase on invoice. Contact person for internal and external partners or product suppliers for all repair processes. Active support at customer events. Positive and proactive attitude towards customers and ensuring simple, efficient solutions for complaints. Implementation of specified national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors.

• Implementation of prescribed national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors

• Successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry)
• Knowledge of and interest in products and trends of the consumer electronics industry
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Communication skills, implementation strength, and a solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with fun in shared success
• Willingness to support the team also in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
