Advising customers and handling inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, and checkout; administrative tasks in sales process, financing, purchase on account; marketing products on online platforms; contact person for internal and external partners regarding repair processes; active support at customer events; positive proactive attitude ensuring simple efficient solutions for complaints; implementation of national standard guidelines and processes.

• Advising customers and handling inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, and checkout - passionate, customer-oriented, competent
• Administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, or purchase on account, etc.
• Marketing our products on various online platforms
• Contact person for internal and external partners or product suppliers for all repair processes
• Active support at customer events
• Positive and proactive attitude towards customers and ensuring simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints
• Implementation of prescribed national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors

• Successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry)
• Knowledge of and interest in products and trends of the consumer electronics industry
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Communication skills, implementation strength, and a solution-oriented way of working
• Team player with fun in shared success
• Willingness to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
