About this Apprenticeship
- Advising our customers and handling customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, or purchase processing – passionate, customer-oriented, competent
- Administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, or purchase on account
- Contact person for internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes related to repairs
- Active support at customer events
- Positive and proactive attitude towards customers and ensuring simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints
- Implementation of specified national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors

Requirements
- Successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry)
- Knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Communication skills, implementation strength, and a solution-oriented working style
- Team player with enjoyment of shared success
- Willingness to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
