Customer Service Advisor, Checkout Focus

Advising customers and handling requests related to online collection, product returns, exchanges, repairs and checkout, as well as administrative tasks related to the sales process.

• Advise customers and handle requests related to online collection, product returns, exchanges, repairs and checkout
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales processes, financing and purchases on account
• Market products on various online platforms
• Act as a contact person for internal and external partners or product suppliers regarding repair processes
• Actively support customer events
• Proactively handle customer complaints and ensure simple, efficient solutions
• Implement national standard guidelines, processes and conduct requirements

• Successfully completed service-oriented vocational training, ideally in hospitality, retail or the events industry
• Knowledge of and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics sector
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Strong communication and execution skills, with a solution-oriented approach
• Team player who enjoys achieving success together
• Willingness to support the team in the afternoons, evenings and on Saturdays
