Customer Service Advisor – Customer Experience Focus

MediaMarktSaturn Germany shapes the shopping experience through MediaMarkt and SATURN stores, online shops, and mobile shopping apps. The Saarbrücken-Burbach store is looking for a team member who wants to help create great customer experiences and enjoys technology and advising customers.

• Ensure an excellent shopping experience by proactively welcoming customers and helping them find their way around the store.
• Manage check-in for appointments booked online and arrange and coordinate consultation appointments.
• Proactively inform customers about current promotions and ensure that non-buyers have the opportunity to meet their needs.
• Work with the Solution Manager to create customer-oriented solutions.
• Conduct customer surveys.
• Say goodbye to customers in order to build long-term loyalty.

• Excellent customer and service orientation to promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
• Strong understanding of service and of our business model.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills for efficiently planning consultation appointments.

• Willingness to support the team in the afternoons, evenings, and on Saturdays.
