• Advising our customers and handling customer concerns regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, or purchase processing (cashiering) - passionate, customer-oriented, competent.
• Administrative activities related to the sales process, financing, or purchase on account, etc.
• Marketing of our products on various online platforms.
• Contact person for internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes related to repairs.
• Active support at customer events.
• Positive and proactive attitude towards customers and ensuring simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints.
• Implementation of specified national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors.

• Successfully completed service-oriented vocational training (ideally hospitality & retail, event industry).
• Knowledge of and interest in products and trends of the consumer electronics industry.
• Pronounced customer and service orientation.
• Communication strength, implementation strength, and a solution-oriented working style.
• Team player with fun in shared success.
• Willingness to support the team also in afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays.
