As Assistant Store Manager (all genders) in Konstanz, you are responsible for the optimal management of your area and, in the absence of store management, for the entire store. You are responsible for the personal and professional development of your up to 20 employees. As part of the store management team, you contribute significantly to the economic success of our store and its continuous development.

• Together with your team of up to 20, you ensure optimal merchandise management of the sales floor and develop measures to improve your KPIs.
• You prove your sense for our customers every day anew by viewing the store from the customer's perspective and creating the ideal shopping atmosphere with your employees.
• You are responsible for 360° HR topics, starting from hiring through KPI-based deployment planning to training and onboarding of new employees.
• You live the Zalando values through transparent, authentic and employee-oriented leadership.

• You have several years of professional experience in retail as well as a completed commercial apprenticeship.
• You have experience in leading employees (development, feedback talks, deployment and vacation planning).
• You have initiative, decisiveness and organizational skills.
• You have a good analytical understanding and knowledge of relevant key figures including derivation of measures.
