Store Manager Konstanz

As Store Manager in Konstanz you are responsible for the store's economic success and development. Together with the Area Management & Retail Team you implement strategic decisions and ensure an optimal shopping experience and working atmosphere for your team of about 40 employees.

• Manage data-based stock management, organize the store efficiently and implement set processes
• Live our service standards and adapt the store flexibly to customer needs
• Take responsibility for all HR topics – from hiring and shift planning to training and onboarding
• Live the Zalando values through transparent, authentic and employee-oriented leadership

• Several years of retail experience and a completed commercial apprenticeship (or comparable position)
• Experience leading and developing employees and managers, including feedback talks, shift and vacation planning
• Strong analytical understanding and confident evaluation of key figures
• Initiative, decisiveness and a structured way of working
