Customer support and service, including answering inquiries and helping prepare quotations and IT-based solutions; gaining insight into IT security and data protection; purchasing hardware and software, obtaining quotations and processing orders; supporting documentation, data maintenance and the use of digital tools to improve business processes.

Abitur or university of applied sciences entrance qualification; very good German and English skills; strong interest in IT and technical connections; initial experience with IT systems or business processes is an advantage; good comprehension and ability to learn new topics quickly; logical and analytical thinking; enjoyment of teamwork and independent work, with willingness to ask colleagues for support.

Comfortable work environment with modern technology; attractive training pay of €1,145 in the first year, €1,205 in the second year and €1,300 in the third year; practical training with involvement in real projects; varied tasks; open, supportive and dynamic work atmosphere; choice of mobile office or office work after an initial on-site period; flexible working hours and 30 days of annual leave from the start.
