Apprenticeship as IT Systems Management Clerk

You identify customers' individual requirements and develop customized IT concepts. You support the planning and procurement of IT systems and advise customers. You present IT solutions from both a technical and commercial perspective, prepare cost-benefit analyses and quotations, conduct contract negotiations, and inform customers about financing options. You procure suitable hardware and software. You advise customers on IT security and data protection measures and implement the appropriate measures.

University entrance qualification or advanced technical college entrance qualification. Very good German and English skills. A strong interest in IT and technical relationships. Initial experience with IT systems or commercial processes is an advantage. Good comprehension skills and the ability to quickly learn new topics. Logical and analytical thinking. Enjoyment of teamwork and independent work, along with the confidence to ask colleagues for support when needed.

Modern working environment in a large, technologically equipped office in central Bergisch Gladbach. Attractive apprenticeship pay: €1,145 in the first year, €1,205 in the second year, and €1,300 in the third year. Practical training with direct involvement in real projects and tasks.
